We pride ourselves on giving participants a very comprehensive and relevant NPQML programme with 46 - 50 hours of guided learning.

The NPQML has been designed to support you in becoming a highly effective middle leader with the skills, confidence and knowledge to contribute to the development of your department, key stage or team.

The programme involves authentic school improvement activities relating to your leadership role and your school’s improvement priorities therefore delivering real benefits to you and your organisation.

Who is it for?

NPQML is aimed at individuals with responsibility for leading a team, including key stage/subject/curriculum leaders, heads of department and pastoral leaders.

 

Course content includes Face to Face Days on Strategy and Improvement, Middle Leadership, Leading Change, Teaching and Curriculum Excellence, Leading with Impact and Increasing Capability. There are also two online modules covering Managing Resources and Risk and Working in Partnership and a 360 Diagnostic. Participants will also attend a Leadership Conference.

You will need to have the full support and endorsement of your headteacher, line manager or sponsor who will commit to playing an active role in your learning, and encourage and promote your involvement in leadership and other professional development opportunities. To achieve this nationally recognised qualification you will have been successful in leading a school improvement project.

The cost of NPQML is £770.00 (Including 360 Leadership Diagnostic Review / Online Modules / Final Assessment).
